Getting Started
How do I create a Pro Hauls account?
Download the Pro Hauls app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the app, tap "Create Account," and choose whether you're signing up as a Driver or Dispatcher. Enter your name, email, and phone number. You'll receive an SMS verification code — enter it to confirm your number, then complete your profile setup.
What documents do I need to sign up as a driver?
To become a verified driver on Pro Hauls you'll need to upload:
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or applicable license
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Vehicle registration or details
- A government-issued photo ID
Documents are reviewed by our verification team. You'll be notified by SMS and in-app when your account is approved.
How long does driver verification take?
Document review typically takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an SMS notification as soon as your account is verified and you're cleared to accept jobs.
Can I sign up as both a driver and a dispatcher?
Currently, each account is designated as either a Driver or Dispatcher during sign-up. If you need both capabilities, contact us at
support@prohauls.app and we'll help you set up the right account structure for your operation.
Jobs & Dispatching
How do dispatchers post a hauling job?
From your dispatcher dashboard, tap "Post New Job." Fill in the job details: pickup location, delivery address, load weight and type, pickup date/time, and your rate. You can assign the job directly to a specific driver or post it to available verified drivers in the platform. Once posted, drivers receive an instant SMS and in-app notification.
How do drivers accept a job?
When a job becomes available, you'll receive a push notification and SMS. Open the app, review the job details — including route, load, and pay — and tap "Accept Job." Once accepted, the job appears on your active hauls screen with navigation and dispatcher contact information.
Can I cancel a job after accepting it?
Jobs can be cancelled before pickup begins. Open the job in the app and select "Cancel Job." Note that repeated cancellations may affect your driver standing on the platform. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, contact the dispatcher directly through the in-app messaging and notify us at
support@prohauls.app.
How do I confirm a delivery is complete?
When you arrive at the delivery address, tap "Confirm Delivery" in the app. You may be prompted to upload a delivery photo or get a digital signature from the recipient. Once confirmed, the job is marked complete and payment is processed automatically.
Payments & Earnings
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed automatically through Stripe when a job is marked complete. Standard payout occurs approximately within 7 calendar days following confirmed job completion. You can view your earnings history and payout status in the Payments section of the app. Eligible carriers may also opt into Instant Pay for faster access to funds (a 4.5% Instant Pay fee applies).
How do I add or update my bank account for payouts?
Go to your Profile → Payments → Payout Method. You can add or update your bank account information securely through Stripe. Pro Hauls never stores your bank account credentials — all payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS certified platform.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Pro Hauls never stores your card numbers, bank account numbers, or CVV codes on our servers. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
What if a payment is incorrect or missing?
If you notice a discrepancy in your payment, contact us within 30 days at
support@prohauls.app with your job ID and the amount in question. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
GPS & Tracking
Why does Pro Hauls need my location?
GPS location is required for core platform functionality: real-time driver tracking, route guidance, job assignment based on proximity, and delivery confirmation. Location data is collected while the app is active and during active hauls. We do not track your location in the background when you're not on an active job.
Can I turn off location tracking?
You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Pro Hauls. Note that disabling location access will prevent GPS navigation, real-time tracking, and some job assignment features from working properly.
How can dispatchers track active hauls?
From your dispatcher dashboard, select any active job to view the driver's real-time location on the map. The map updates automatically as the driver progresses on the route. You'll also receive automatic status updates when the driver reaches pickup and delivery locations.
Account & Profile
How do I update my contact information?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile in the app to update your name, email, or phone number. Changing your phone number will require re-verification via SMS. Email changes may require confirmation from your current email address.
How do I update my driver documents or credentials?
Go to Profile → Documents in the app. You can upload new or renewed documents at any time. Updated documents will be reviewed by our team within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification when the review is complete.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email
support@prohauls.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (such as financial records).
Technical Issues
The app isn't loading or keeps crashing — what should I do?
Try the following steps:
- Force-close the app and reopen it
- Check your internet connection (switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data)
- Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
If the issue persists, email
support@prohauls.app with your device type, OS version, and a description of the problem.
I didn't receive my SMS verification code — what now?
First, make sure you entered the correct phone number. Wait up to 2 minutes for delivery. If you still haven't received it, tap "Resend Code." Check that your phone has a signal and SMS reception. If problems continue, contact us at
support@prohauls.app with your phone number and we'll assist you.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you still can't access your account, contact
support@prohauls.app.
What versions of iOS and Android are supported?
Pro Hauls supports iOS 15.0 and later, and Android 8.0 (Oreo) and later. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest available OS version.
