Driver name, rating, and job status are shared with dispatchers and fleet managers as necessary to operate the platform. Dispatcher contact details are shared with assigned drivers for job coordination.
These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to Pro Hauls.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Pro Hauls and its users.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as financial records, which may be retained for up to 7 years).
Pro Hauls uses your device's GPS location to enable real-time driver tracking, route management, and job coordination. Location data is collected while the app is in use and during active hauls. We do not collect location data in the background when you are not on an active job.
You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. Note that disabling location access will limit core functionality of the platform.
Pro Hauls may aggregate and anonymize platform data for analytics, benchmarking, pricing optimization, and business intelligence. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that data generated through your use of Pro Hauls may be used to train and improve Pro Hauls' internal artificial intelligence systems and automated pricing algorithms. This data is anonymized and de-identified before use and is not linked back to your personal identity.
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Pro Hauls does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account credentials on our servers. Payment data is tokenized and managed entirely by Stripe.
